66% Pinot Noir, 34% Pinot Meunier
Alcohol: 12% Vol.
TASTING NOTE
Concentrated, fine and characterful. Subtle violet aromatic notes sit over red apple, bramble and strawberry fruit character. Poached rhubarb and vanilla pod character adds layers of complexity.
The palate is bright with a highly-polished, silky texture. Rich and medium bodied, held taut with fresh natural acidity and an almost imperceptible tannic grip.
SERVING SUGGESTION
A great wine on its own. Ideal with seafood, ranging from fresh scallops, white meaty fish or pan-fried mackerel. Partners perfectly with white meats, simple fresh green salads or an earthy mushroom dish.

TASTING NOTE
Concentrated, bright, characterful rosé. Opulent cranberry, raspberry and ginger aromas.
The nose is vibrant and engaging. The palate adds peachy fruit and subtle vanilla pod complexity. A fine acid line keeps it moreish and refreshing.
SERVING SUGGESTION
A great wine on it’s own, the Artelium Rosé is also ideal with fresh shellfish and seafood dishes. Young, fresh cheeses work brilliantly too.

Produced by renowned winemaker Owen Elias, this is a complex, moreish wine with an enticing bright ruby colour.
Alcohol: 12% Vol.
TASTING NOTE
Naturally fresh cold-climate acidity gives fine structure. Deep ruby colour and depth of flavour on a ‘crushable’ frame – tiny natural spritz on first opening adds charm.
Red and black cherry, baked plum and damson fruit forms a concentrated core. Layers of rolling tobacco, star anise and ginger spice. Great concentration on palate. Well-integrated, quality oak adds complexity throughout.
SERVING SUGGESTION
A great wine on its own at room temperature or served slightly chilled. Ideal with seasonal Game, lighter red meat dishes and lamb. A perfect partner to earthy mushrooms or protein-rich bean dishes.
