Policies and Important Information for Tours & Tastings

Cancellations Policy

Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable and tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded if you cancel or don’t arrive for a scheduled tour booking.

If your tour is cancelled by us, you will be entitled to a full refund up to the value of the purchase price. No further compensation will be made.

What to Expect

Please bear in mind that Artelium is a working farm and tours involve a walk around what can be very muddy vineyards, so do please bring suitable footwear and clothing.

Children are welcome on the tours but obviously wont be able to take part in the wine tastings.

Well behaved, friendly dogs are welcome on a lead. Please be prepared to clean up after your dog if necessary.

Please be aware that there are various other animals on site, including dogs, cats and horses, they are fed by their owners, so please don’t feed them.

Accessibility Information

As the tours take place on uneven ground, it’s not really suitable for mobility aids or wheelchairs unfortunately.

However, wine tastings take place on the terrace, which is gravelled, or in the tasting room, so they are suitable for guests using wheelchairs or other mobility aids, as are the toilets.
