Collaborative Spirit Trio - Vermouth, Gin, Brandy
This collaboration between our winemakers and our distillery partner sustainably uses the grape pressings to produce a range of exceptional grape-based spirits.
Following the 2020 harvest, Dermot Sugrue created a base wine from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier using the off-cuts of the juice destined for our wines. This wine was then skilfully distilled by Chris Toller at Henstone Distillery, to craft Artelium’s twenty twenty English grape spirit.
This grape spirit forms the foundation of Artelium’s Twenty Twenty Collaborators range which includes a vermouth noir, dry gin and brandy.
COLLABORATORS VERMOUTH
This barrel aged Vermouth, carefully curated by renowned winemaker Owen Elias, blends the twenty twenty grape spirit with our Pinot Noir to produce a smooth and textured Vermouth noir that is rich in sloe, damson and medlar fruits.
50cl / 17% ABV
COLLABORATORS DRY GIN
A second distillation with a botanical blend including angels breath, cardamom, and coriander has created this refined Gin with juniper, citrus and spice. Serve together with our Vermouth, or simply enjoy with ice and tonic.

COLLABORATORS BRANDY
Our grape spirit was matured for over 18 months in American oak octave casks to produce a soft and warming Brandy that is marked with vanilla, stone fruits and delicate spice.
