Collaborators Brandy 2020
This collaboration between our winemakers and our distillery partner sustainably uses the grape pressings to produce a range of exceptional grape-based spirits.
Following the 2020 harvest, Dermot Sugrue created a base wine from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier using the off-cuts of the juice destined for our wines. This wine was then skilfully distilled by Chris Toller at Henstone Distillery, to craft Artelium’s twenty twenty English grape spirit.
This grape spirit forms the foundation of Artelium’s Twenty Twenty Collaborators range.
COLLABORATORS BRANDY
Our grape spirit was matured for over 12 months in American oak octave casks to produce a soft and warming Brandy that is marked with vanilla, stone fruits and delicate spice.
50cl / 40% ABV
