Join Master of Wine Justin Howard-Sneyd and Artelium founder Julie Bretland for a conversation about regenerative viticulture followed by a tasting of 3 wines from Justin’s French wine estate Domain of the Bee.
Justin has been learning about Regenerative Viticulture for the past 4 years, as a trustee of The Regenerative Viticulture Foundation, and an advocate for Regenerative techniques. Domaine of the Bee is still only taking the first steps in exploring how regenerative techniques may improve the soil and aid water retention, but Justin has a wide range of experience of how RV is applied in different climates and contexts, and will share plans for re-planting one of their vineyards along regenerative lines.
