TASTING NOTE
An elegant, classic nose. Inviting aromas of lemon peel and green orchard fruits with subtle fresh pastry.
The palate is bright and multi-layered; clean acidity refreshes, the well-ripe fruit gives a richness of texture. Crisp pear, subtle tropical fruit notes. Long, tense toasted-brioche finish.
VINTAGE NOTE - 2018
The stars aligned in 2018 to give a near-perfect vintage in Sussex. Dry and settled weather during flowering gave high yields - three times the average - and long warm days throughout August ripened the fruit well, giving concentrated and age-worthy wines.
Our Curator’s Cuvée 2018 is a Pinot Noir dominant blend, showing a luscious range of fruit from lemon peel to baked apple.
SERVING SUGGESTION
A fantastic aperitif in its own right. Curators Cuvée pairs beautifully with shellfish, seafood of all kinds and fresh, clean vegetable dishes. It is an opulent, fun counterbalance to crunchy, fried dishes like Panko-crumbed chicken or filo pastry bites.

TASTING NOTE
An uplifting, exciting nose with fresh cranberry and red currant fruits alongside subtle spice and toasted brioche.
Baked rhubarb and crunchy, juicy cranberry on the palate. A lovely approachable style, offering layers of complexity and great depth of flavour. A bright, engaging rosé. Long, clean finish.
VINTAGE NOTE - 2019
An early bud-burst but the team on Frost watch, April passed and the fruit developed nicely through a hot July and August and the warmth shines through in the wines, like our Makers Rosé 2019.
SERVING SUGGESTION
A perfect example of an all-rounder rosé. Yes, it’s delicious on it’s own, but pour it alongside cured hams, asparagus draped in lardo, or roast duck leg and it’ll sing.
Delicious with mature, hard cheeses like Lincolnshire Poacher. Roast Turbot with brown butter and capers would be exquisit.

TASTING NOTE
A fresh, silky-smooth style of Blanc de Blancs. Lemon citrus, cantaloupe melon and proving dough fill the nose. The palate is medium-bodied, creamy textured and generous. A long finish with bright fruit clarity and a digestive biscuit note that lingers long.

Incredible seafood wine – electric alongside anything that comes from the sea, whether fresh oysters, grilled lobster or white meaty fish with a beurre-blanc.
Also, a great match to salty, oil-rich almonds, thinly sliced prosciutto and both classic and modern boldly flavoured sushi, like vegetable dragon rolls.
